Can you offer ODM service to customer? Yes. One of our core competitive advantages is technology development ability. We could design and manufacture the new products as customer required.
How do you deal with the shower heads sample to thecustomer? In general, if the customer needs the sample to test, they are required topay the shower heads sample by T/T in advance. The sample cost will be deducted in the first products order. The price of sample is same as the product quotation.
What is your payment item for the new order? Pay by L/C is the best way for us. In the mean time, we also could accept pay30% deposit in advance by T/T; and the rest pay by L/C at sight. The detailed payment items could be negotiated in contract.
How about your MOQ of the order? The MOQ of purchase order is 100pcs. It is for one kind product; and also for several products total. In addition, the MOQ of our automatic soap dispenser is500pcs.
How is your hand shower delivery time? Our monthly production quantity for standard products is 5000pcs hand showers (shower heads) in 15 working days. The sample will be dispatched once received the sample payment.
How about your quality warranty? Our warranty time is 2 years after you purchase. All the parts could be changed to you freely if there is any problem during the warranty period.
Is there any free spare part along with the productsoffer? We offer various rate free spares parts for different products. The detailed information will be noted in contract.
